EVA Information
I have an EVA6100 with 300GB * 40 Disk drives , 2C4D ,
i have given level protection one of one disk group that contain all 40 disks , in case i am using VRAID5 to create my Virtual disks what wil be my total usable space

this older EVA3000 presentation

(the virtualisation theory did not changed)
shows the following:
a) EVA RAID1 and RAID5 algorithms (slides 9-10)
b) net capacities examples (slides 14-16)
In your case:
raw capacity =12000GB
metadata (slightly more than 20GB per disk, here down-rounded) = -800GB
single disk protection (2x300GB)= -600GB
RAID5 (4D+1P) =/1.25
=============================================
= 8480GB
DG occupancy level e.g. 90% = -848GB
Total usable approximation = 7632GB
