i have one Eva 4000.this Eva is 1 years ago purchase.i donot any licence add to Eva.
how understand licence unlimited or whatnot?

Hi,
What version of Command View EVA are you running ?
Versions prior to 7.0.0 did not enforce the licenses, so you would have to refer back to the original purchase order, to determine what you bought.

OK. You could try speaking to HP support, and see if they can tell you. EVAs come with 3 years maintenance, as standard, so they should hopefully be able to look up the details.

even i was in dark , according to HP for any further upgrade we need to procure license but , without license also it will work fine. i had upgraded 3tb to 6 tb w/o license.
