eva3000 INITILIZE page error

we have new eva3000 and trying to initilize this storage.when i click on unintilized storage system in command view eva i am receiving the following error in the right hand pane.

the vcs version is HSV100-V3020
does anyone have any idea what is the problem and how can we resolve this issue.

Hi,

what Command View Version is installed?
If this is a factory default SMA it you must install Command View 3.2 oder 3.3 (for VCS 3.020)...
