I have a alert in the log "Management Agent Event Log"

SC Event Code: 9 cd c3 5 - The state of the Fibre Channel port identified in the attribute.value.str field and located on the rear panel of the HSV100 controller identified in the handle field has transitioned to the FAILED state.

What's up?
Change password in way single user, beginning in multiuser way console

Sounds like it is time for a support call. The description that you included is saying that you have a hardware failure.
