EVA4000 Log.
Hello.
look at the OCP. Display of Controller A...
"waiting for user input at console"
now only controller B service.
why?????? rear of Controller A LED is all Off.

You should look at the Controller events in Command View EVA. They will hopefully tell you what has happened...
The event logs are however sometimes a bit cryptic to decode, so you may well need to get a fault call logged with HP and send them the logs to analyse.

Does the ocp have any other info being displayed??? as from the info you have supplied it is waiting for you [the operator] to press a button [possibly a "yes" or "no" type selection of a button] before it carries on. This can happen if you have started something like the no load health check backend loop diags. The controller will do some testing of the loops then it will "ask" you via the ocp if you wish to continue. At this point manual [push a button] intervention WILL be required before the controller carries on to complete the power up [boot] cycle.
Have you been trying to alter some settings from the OCP menu options or using the field service page ???
