EVA4000 started kit
Some of my customer have bought EVAs 4000 started kits
Now they are thinking in get more disks and enclousure disks.
One of these customers have installed additional disks, configured a new disk group and now when he try to create a new virtual disk send a messages like the "you have not enought license".
I have not gone to the customer site yet,
But I have understand that from the all version prior to the command view 7 the basic license only were a papers.
Now with this message that the customer say really dont know what is going on.
Or the started kit EVA were licensed in different ways that the other EVAs?
Thank for comments

Re: EVA4000 started kit
Hi,
Are you sure the customer hasn't upgraded to Command View 7 ...?
That would be the most logical reason for the message.
Cheers,
Rob

Re: EVA4000 started kit
This could be because EVA4000 starter kit comes with Maximum 4 TB license. Please check command view eva to see if it is exceeding it.
If its below that i think you'll have to a perform a re-sync of controller by running the command 2A from fieldservicepage.
