EVA4400 battery module status change

every now and then I receive this mesage:

An alarm has occured on EVA storage system: name WWN: xxxxx

Alarm type: Hardwarecondition change

Alarm description: Eventcode: 0e030019 - 0, "Battery module status change.)

FW is CR18CBlep-09534000

CV is 9.3

Controller events says Corrective action code :00

What can I do to avoid/solve this issue?
