did anybody enccountered the soft diag error in eva4400?

Not yet...
Try to reboot the system, or maybe controller 1 first and then controller 2 to see if the error sticks.
If yes, open a call with HP.

is this because of license?i havent installed all the license for eva4400.

No, it has nothing to do with licensing.

no screen shot,but the storage is on production and dont have problem.i just notice that when i click on the hsv controller i saw this attention: initialized and the soft diag error.i also test the redundancy test of all the components and no problem encountered.

If you are talking about the [Check Redundancy] button on the Storage System Properties page...

I guess the response was: "All of your Vdisk data is protected by __redundant disk drive__ storage." (emphasis mine)

It means that full RAID protection is in effect - it does not say anything about hardware redundancy like redundant controllers, redundant paths, ...
