EVA5000 UPS load balancing

Hi Everyone,
I have an EVA5000 2C3D installed in a rack with 2 Brocade SAN Switches, each component in the rack has 2 power supplies ( 3 Disk Enclosures, 2 EVA Controllers and 2 Brocade SAN Switches.

All the power supplies on the left side in all components are connected to the same UPS power source, and all the power supplies on the right side are connected to another UPS power source.

the Load on the first UPS shows 0.6 KW while the Load on the second UPS shows 1.2 KW.

Can anyone tell me why there is different KW consumption between the 2 UPS's while the same components are connected to them?

Re: EVA5000 UPS load balancing

How many disks are in th EVA?

The brocades are dual powered as well? or one switch on the left and one switch on the right?

Re: EVA5000 UPS load balancing

The 2 disk enclosures are fully populated with 72GB and 146 GB and the third enclosure is populated with 8 disks.

Yes the brocade SAN Switches are dual powered.
