FC HBA suuport for older HP and Dell systems

Hi,

Is there anywhere where I can find out what FC HBAs will work in the HP PRoliant ML50 700MHz system, Dell Poweredge 6400/900, and Dell Poweredge 4400 ? I need to connect them to an MSA1000 in a dual path configuration.

Hi,

Thank you for your response. I tried the compatiblity guide and I gues it clarified the answer to the ML570, but it is very vague on the Dell. This is what it said with regard to servers :-

Note: A variety of Industry-standard servers (including IBM, Dell, Fujitsu, and others) are supported in standalone and designated cluster configurations. Must use HP Branded server interface (Host Bus Adapter) or use the same Firmware / Bios / Driver as the HP Branded HBA.

I would use the same HBA in the Dell servers as you do in the ML570, and also use the same drivers and firmware verisons
