FC2142SR (LPe1150) FC HBA BIOS Update Procedure

It's been a really long time since I was asked to update FC HBA firmware, drivers, and HBA BIOS on a Windows server. I have a Windows 2003 server (non-hp server hardware) with the LPe1150 FC HBA (Emulex). I was able to install HBAnywhere V3.4a9 and update the HBA firmware. I was also able to install the latest Windows HBA Driver 7-2.01a4. I was not able to update the HBA BIOS V1.70A3 version to the new V2.01A2. I've tried to enable and disable the BootBIOS from HBAnywhere without any effect. The server is not Booting from SAN, so I don't think this is a major issue. Can someone walk me through the steps needed to update the FC HBA BIOS ? Thank you.
