Firmware

Hello Forum
I have two of A4689A fiber bridges.
Due of an old firmware release it is necessary to upgrade the firmware to the "newest" release. I downloaded the firmware ltt_2009t.frm file, but I cannot transfer it via ftp to the bridge.
What's wrong?
I'm from Switzerland, but somehow ended up in Winnipeg

files with extention .frm are usable by Library and Tape Tools

Yes that's right I installed the LTT but I can't "see" the Bridges itself.
I know I can update the firmware by ftp or teminal emulation.
I'm from Switzerland, but somehow ended up in Winnipeg
