H:0x7 failure with HP 534FLB CNA connect HDS HUS 150 Storage

I was experiencing a lot of disconnects from my storage over FCoE when using HP Blades with a  534FLB CNA card. During the issue, I would see the following in the logs:

The H:0x7 status means  VMK_SCSI_HOST_ERROR = 0x07 or 0x7, VMware This status is returned when a device has been reset due to a Storage Initiator Error. This typically occurs due to an outdated HBA firmware or possibly (though rarely) as the result of a bad HBA. 

 

The 534FLB Firmware and esxi update The latest ,But haven't solve the problem .Attachment is log.
