How and what to update in a MSA 1000 MSA with 2 Controller and dual 2 SAN Switches 2/8

Hi, I am awaiting a delivery of an MSA 1000, fully redundant.

I know updating the firmware is importend, the big question alway is, where and how to start?

Can someone explean it please, as i found on the HP internet site there is a support CD available?

How exactly do you need to updating the whole thing in with order? Is the specific update online / ofline or trough telnet, I found many many documents but I can't see the whole picture.

Any one whoes reply, thanks on advance.

On a fully "redundant" MSA1500 (same controller) It's an offline operation.

run the firmware tool, and reboot. (including enclosures)

And all what's is in de MSA box will be updated (Controller, Sanswitch, etc? )
