How to add user on Brocade 3800

I have few Brocade switches running FOS 3.2.x. I don't see any option to add any new user in webtools... Can somebody guide me how to achieve this either through webtools or CLI?

Hi,

Web Tools is licensed GUI utility - works as an optional tool to manage switches.

If you get to see option "switch Admin" under Manage Task/Tab then pls launch it. One of the tabs is Users which will help you add/modify/delete users?
