HP EVA Management Appliance

When I was installing a HP Storageworks EVA, after I tried to change the appliance IP Address, the appliance return me an error about duplicated IP Address, after that I'm unable to see the SAN Appliance. Is there somebody that had been in this situation before?

Have you checked that there is no such address
indeed? (ping,arp,etc)?It should take up to 2 hrs installing SMA software so I'd uninstall the previous,change IP as needed (and check that not duplicate!) and install from new.

Before you contemplate wiping/reloading the appliance manager, connect a keyboard, mouse and monitor on the appliance manager and re-configure the IP from the administrator account...this should fix the problem...
