HP FCAL A3724A firmware

Hi together!

Got a not working fcal hub A3724A.

Does anybody has firmware files (IFCH37xx.FRM) for this hub? Cannot find anyone on the net... :-(

Need to program this hub again - see attachment...

I will check into the Firmware files you have requested. If you have an HP Customer Engineer that you work with regularly they can assist you.

The error detail you provided points to needing the hub replaced. A firmware update/reload would not provide any additional light on this error. The hardware is dead and should be replaced.

Ups, bad news Curtis...

The manual tells me to
Reinstalling the hub device agent code... IFCH3719.FRM

After this i want to try to reinstall the hub controller firmware... IFCH3718.FRM

Perhabs the hub is after a new programming back again...

If this above will fail i think youre right and the hub is really bad...

Actually i do not have any firmware files to test the reprogramming...
