HP SANsurfer and linux startup..
Hello,
I installed HP SANsurfer on a RH 4 system.
This went OK.
now I type SANsurfer and it gets right back with the prompt. no error, burt also no window.
What am I doing wrong??
This was my installation:
# rpm --install hp_sansurfer-2.00.30b78-1.x86_64.rpm
Preparing to install...
Extracting the JRE from the installer archive...
Unpacking the JRE...
Extracting the installation resources from the installer archive...
Configuring the installer for this system's environment...
Launching installer...
Preparing SILENT Mode Installation...
==============================================
SANsurfer FC HBA Manager V2.0.30 (created with InstallAnywhere by Macrovision)

Installing...

[------------------|------------------|-------
Installation Complete.
Creating /usr/sbin/SANsurfer link
Stopping qlremote agent services
Starting qlremote agent service
#
# export DISPLAY="x.y.z.n:0.0"
# /usr/SANsurfer
# NO screen
