hp SANVisibility V1.2 -- error code 303

I installed V1.2 on W2003 Standard Edition. When I tested the SMTP Server link, I get a message saying it is a valid SMTP server. I configured two Cisco SAN fabrics with two 9216 switches each. When I run the collection locally, all is well, the files are created and exist on the local server. When I run the collection with the "automatically send raw data to hp" checkbox checked, I get an "error code 303" and the file(s) are not sent. Is there a troubleshooting guide listing what the error code means ? I can do this manually, e-mail the files to hp, but want to know what I need to fix. Thank you.
