HpssSecurity service not starting

I'm running Performance Advisor version 4.0 and I was forced to change IP on management server, since then I cannot log into application because HpssSecurity service cannot start. Application itself is functioning correctly (I get reports emailed to me and all data is collected properly). Just looking for some suggestions as to where start troubleshooting of the issue. I have case opened with HP Call Center but they suggesting that I upgrade -- not an option.
