HSG element manager on Appliance

Hi,

Through HP OpenView Storage management appilince I use tool HSG Element Manager to monitor all mzy HSG80 subsystems. All appears fine, but problem is that I cand get any SNMPTRAPS from the Appliance. so if event occurs on one HSG80 none traps is sent. But I can get the TEST_TRAP from Diagnostic page.

Any idea to help me, whats wrong ?

All was about to install new patches on Appliance. New Version of HSG Element Manager is V 1.0f.3 and also instal these files on Apliance - SMA21-SP1.swp and SMA21-SP2.swp.
