HSG80 and Linux how-to?
Hi all, I inherited a SAN and am looking for a how-to on allowing a Linux host to access it. Currently there are W2K hosts.
Cheers,
Adrien

Re: HSG80 and Linux how-to?
Some tips to keep in mind...
1. Make sure you zone based on server. That is, keep your linux hosts out of the zones with your Windows hosts.
2. Make sure you rename your connections on the HSG80 properly, for future ease of management.
3. Make sure you use the up-to-date drivers for linux
This all probably doesn't make much sense yet, unless you've had a SAN before.
Just post more questions and we all can help out.
