SolutionOne should *not* use an agent-based access method or an agent-based,but non-interlocking application like HSXTERM together with the (serial) maintenance port as this can cause a controller to hang.

Re: HSG80 ERROR PLEASE HELP.
Previous controller operation terminated by power failure.
Power Supply failure cleared.
Cache battery is sufficiently charged
HSG>
Maybe the agent gets confused by it. The messages can be removed easily.
I think the full command is "clear_error cli_error", but "clear cli" is sufficient:
HSG2-A>
Received LAST GASP message from other controller, Last Failure Code: 08080000
HSG2-A>
Received LAST GASP message from other controller, Last Failure Code: 08080000
HSG2-A> clear cli
HSG2-A> show this

Re: HSG80 ERROR PLEASE HELP.
I tried giving the command, getting the below error.
1 5006 Failure COM: HSG object timeout retry operation, none.
I tried rescan also, Its says rescan in progress, but it exceeded more than 5 mins.

Re: HSG80 ERROR PLEASE HELP.
I suggest you let the errors get cleared through the serial maintenance port.

Re: HSG80 ERROR PLEASE HELP.
Through serial port, CLI is wirking perfectly. My doubt- will clearing the Errors by connecting through will resolve my CLI issue.
