I can not backup data, how to solve this problem?

I use "HP ultrium 460" for backup my server,
to pasts i can backup
but now i can't backup

please solving this problem ..

Need some more info on your environment,

It looks like you are using dataprotector. What verion are you using?

What is your OS & version of the master & client?

Are all clients not able to backup?
