Install Network View2.0

When I install Network View 2.0 through the SMA it give an error "Network View 2.0B-SP2 - SanNetView Service dose not exist" Anyone let the same error. and what it the fix to it.

What SP-Pack do you have, the last one is vor "Manage Applicance" SP4. And on this Version on MA only the NetWorkView Version V2.0b is supported and only this installed.
