I had a guy I know that gave me a bunch of storage and server stuff for free. Now, I'm wondering if I need a lincense to download the hpe command view eva software suite. I'm also wondering why the storage system I'm using has an attention notice on the StorageWorks Enterprise Virtual Array website. Nothing seems to be working, and I need help, seeing as I have never worked with, or have any knowledge of storage systems.

I don't know if I'm doing something wrong on the back panel, specifically with the cords, or if the whole thing is messed up... Can anyone help me?

I would you suggest you share the storage product details and what do you want.

1. What is the storage module?

2.What is the issue?

3.If any issue, explain what is the issue as per module.?

4.You can down load software from the HPE support site.

5.You have to contact HPE sales team or Tech team for license.(it will be chargeable basis) 

6.Or you have to upgrade product warranty, You can share the serial number and detail with me, I will arrange HPE sales team to upgrade warranty of your product.
