Linux HP/QLogic driver has memory leak problems?
Hi,
I'm experiencing problems with
two QLogic FC2214 (QLA2312) PCI to Fibre Channel Host Adapters in a HP Proliant DL740 server with Linux Red Hat Advanced Server 3.0 (all updates installed, kernel 2.4.21-9.ELhugemem).
I downloaded driver v.7.00.03-fo from HP.COM.
It seems that this driver has a memory leak: after some Oracle work, I found 30GB of memory used! Umounting filesystem, memory went back to a reasonable size.
QLogic says that all support for the FC2214 HP OEM HBA is handled through HP. Where can I find support?
Thanks
