Local quorum on Blade Cluster connected to EVA8000

We are deploying windows server from Altiris. One of these deployements is a windows2003 cluster configuration. When deploying the first node we keep getting a local quorum. This is a standard feature of W2K3 when the server is not attached to an external storage. However this node is connected to a EVA8000 storage and gets 2 sandisks. One is assigned the driveletter Q and will be used for the Quorum storage. This al happens on BLade servers (BL460C and BL20P_G4).
When connected to the EVA5000 everything works fine, but connected to the EVA8000 we keep getting this localquorum.
The latest firmware, drivers and version of MPIO is used.

Anybody an idea why this is happening?
