logical drive names
I have an msa1500 with logical drives sda - sdz.
Last friday I drop sdr, and all the other drives moved up e.g. sds became sdr, sdt became sds etc.
This messed me up big time, how could i have stopped that?
Thanks
Randy

Re: logical drive names
Host OS?
MSA firmware?
* I suspect its an issue on the host OS and not MSA.
Are you running linux at the host end?

If you are keen to win, you should be willing to lose.
