I dusted off our old Gen I SAN Appliance, loaded Windows XP Pro on it, connected it to our HP SAN, and then loaded the latest LTT.
On doing a SAN scan, LTT finds our HP libraries and drives, but does not see the m2402 NSR.
I would like to use LTT to upgrade the NSR FW.
Any suggestions on getting LTT to recognize the NSR?
TIA

Solution
It looks like the M2402 is not supported by LTT. See the specs at:
http://h18006.www1.hp.com/products/quickspecs/11591_na/11591_na.pdf
I also don't see M2402 firmware at:
ftp://ftp.hp.com/pub2/information_storage/software/ltt/firmware/
where I find everything else.

Re: LTT not seeing NSR
Mark,
Thanks for checking the obvious (which I should have done, even though our FE thought it should work!)
The QS does list the 1200 series, which I think is the same device in a different form factor. I'll check w/HP.
