MP 400 SAN Router - Invalid flow control mode detected error

Hi,

I have tried to connect IBM 2005 B64 SAN switch to MP 400 SAN Router. First I configure MP 400 port as EX port and connect cable from IBM SAN switch to MP 400. Then I have enable the port. But MP 400 port got disabled and it indicate following error on "switchshow" command. " Invalid flow control mode detected"

Very much appreciate your help to trouble shoot this issue.
