MSA 2000 and gateway
When I connect to the MSA 2012sa in a web browser (SMU), I have a blank screen with a script error. Why ?
So, I connected by telnet and show network. The gateway is false. How can I modify it ?

Re: MSA 2000 and gateway
The manual says:
At the prompt, type the following command to set the values you obtained in Step1 for each networkport, first for controller A and then for controller B:
set network-parameters ipaddress netmask netmask gateway gateway controller a|b
where:
├в ┬вaddress is the IP address of the controller
├в ┬вnetmask is the subnet mask
├в ┬вgateway is the IP address of the subnet router
├в ┬вa|b specifies the controller whose network parameters you are setting
For example:
#set network-parameters ip 192.168.0.10 netmask 255.255.255.0 gateway192.168.0.1 controller a
#set network-parameters ip 192.168.0.11 netmask 255.255.255.0 gateway192.168.0.1 controller b
To verify:
show network-parameters
Good luck!

Eric

Re: MSA 2000 and gateway
Sometimes I experience problems with the new IE browsers, try using IE in compatibility mode...
It can also be a Java problem...
Let me know if it works and where I can help you further.
Regards,
Eric
