MSA 500 Error Message

We are using MSA500 storage all the 14 bays have been used and configured. the activites of hardisk is not visible in all Harddrives. out of 14 6 harddrives have no power or activities, but we have created logical volume and they are working fine.

and in the LCD Display i get error message " NO Compaq MP INIT BOX # 1, BAY 6, similarly for BAY 7, BAY 8...

initially there were 5 harddrives then we added 9 more, out of 9 six harddrives led's are off with the above error message.

i have upgraded the firmware of MSA 500 to latest.
