MSA1000 brocade switch lost password.

We cannot find the password to our fibre switch on the msa1000. I have tried the default userid/passwords and nothing I have tried works. Is there a workaround for this? We really need to get in and do some configuration on the switch.

Hi,
could you try also the root/password or factory/password combination pls and if they work then change the admin password and use that account pls?
the pain is one part of the reality
