MSA1000 Controller Not Responding

The serial port on the controller indicates that I'm connected, but it does not respond. How do I clear this?

Close all ACU xe connections....if you'll still have problems...try upgrading FW to the latest one (i know....)
Nothing is impossible for those that don't have to do it themselves!

Forgot....by closing acu i mean pressing the exit button not just closing the web browser...
Nothing is impossible for those that don't have to do it themselves!
