MSA1000 - DL360G4 - FC1242SR HBA

Hopefully someone can give me a push in the right direction??

Connecting a MSA1000 to an DL360G4 with FC1242SR HBA OS is Linux Redhat AS4 update 3.

Using Qlogic failover.

Have to switch cables to see the MSA1000 because HBA port active points to standby controller.

Is there a way to manage the primary and standby path of the HBA without reboots ed.
So i'm looking for a command or procedure to do a failover manualy. I looked with the qlogic sansurfer cli, but did not see failover part.

Wil use this also for maintenance on one fabric. So will control the data path.
