MSA1000 Error

I haave an MSA1000 that sometimes stop working, to fix that the only thing i have to do y turn off the msa and then turn it on. the error code that apears on the controllers lcd is #84 - Drive failure box 0-7, and the otrer one is #101 - volume #0, state failure and then #102 - volume #0 Injury Recovery. right now i need a loot of helo if you can help me.
