MSA1000, MPIO and Windows 2003
Is active-active supported using the Windows 2003 MPIO in a MSA1000 with the HA kit or should I buy SecurePath?

Just checked HP's web page - there is still not Active/Active firmware available for download. You need Secure Path (workgroup edition, costs money) or the 'basic MPIO for MSA' (free, but no management interface).
I think this is the correct MPIO:
