MSA1000 - Warnings 771 and 772 in HP ACU
Sometimes I've seen them after an unexpected power loss or, like now, after disabling, removing and reinsertine one controller (tried this procedure to clear the 771 on that specific controller).
At this time I've got 771 on both controller and 772 on the controller I removed/reinserted.
This is driving me crazy...
Thanks
Bye
Dario Palermo

Re: MSA1000 - Warnings 771 and 772 in HP ACU
Hi!
If you hold some all the arrow buttons on the front of the MSA1000 you will clear the log.
See http://h30499.www3.hp.com/t5/Disk-Array/how-to-reset-MSA1000-alarms-from-panel/m-p/4248718#M28066
for more information.
I do not know how to clear it in the ACU but maybe the front panel is enough?

Re: MSA1000 - Warnings 771 and 772 in HP ACU
I already deleted all the messages on the controllers but the 771 events are still present in the ACU.
Bye,
