Tengo una SAN MSA1000 que se daño del switch de fibra y no nos permite accesar a la informacion almacenada. ¿Existe otra forma en la que nos podamos conectar para accesar a los datos?

Two immediate thoughts come to mind. Please check.
1). Switch zoning
2). SSP

Are you able to attach a cli cable to MSA controller and provide a show tech_report?
