MSA1500 Second Controller in LoopBack mode on SAN Switch
We have a MSA1500 which was recently upgraded to Active/Active, and we are unable to see the new controllers FC Port on the SAN Switch.
On the MSA1500, the new controller is reporting itself in FC-AL mode
Host Port_1:
REPORTED PORT_ID 500508B3-00934B19
PORT_1_TOPOLOGY = Arbitrated Loop
and looking at the switch, port 1 is in Loopback mode

Any thoughts on what might be causing this or how to get the port out of Loopback mode.
