MSA1500

Hi all,

I’m facing a hang up problem with an HP StorageWorks Modular Smart Array 1500, and in the same Rack i have an HP DL Proliant 380 running under Linux 4 used for management purpose within the Softares SMH, ACU, and ADU are installed.
The problem is, once I attempt to add a drive via the ACU Software the MSA 1500 hang up and the process adding up a drive fail.

Please advice what should be done

You should start by generating an ADU report of that MSA.
