MSA2012FC log analysis

Hi,
I need to analyse a log file from a MSA2012FC device which had a failure.
I am trying to ascertain what what going on in teh device between 4:24am and 5:00am on the morning of the 30/9.
Also, is there a way to see what user accounts were logged onto the device at that time?
