MSA2324fc disk / backplane issue
Hi all, I've got an MSA 2324fc with a 300GB disk that showed as faulted with indicators that are not listed. Both solid green and solid amber LEDs lit. When removed the LEDs stay lit on the backplane, even after halting all I/O and rebooting. a new disk has the same symptoms but the vdisk says it has completed its rebuild! Any ideas?

I'll give you a point for trying Uwe :) however I did say after rebooting, it was a cold boot too.

Re: MSA2324fc disk / backplane issue
Maybe you cannot Reboot the MSA2000 without a power-cycle (I don't know), but a reboot is not the same as a power-cycle for me.
0 points for my defense is OK.
