Need help on HBA Tuning Recommendation

Customer has given us following information:

HBA is IBM 5716 -(part number 03N7069)

Storage System : XP12000

Switch : Director 4/256 with FOS currently 5.3.0d.

They have IBM p595 server running AIX 5.3

He wants us to provide him HBA Tuning recommendation.

He Says he needs "Settings in particular for the Fibre Card num_cmd_elems and setting for the disks max_transfer”.

Any help will be appreciated. This is very urgent.
