Termination Code: 03510141, means;
crash forced by other HSV200 controller.
So in the controller event log should be the answer why your controller crashed.

Hi
Many times this happens when there is a snapshot deleted or taken check in your
logs if there was such an event before the controller terminated.
also HP have made modifications in XCS to deal with such events
if you are not at version 6.25 HP will tell you to upgrade to that version
