OVSAM CLUI Help

Is there a way to obtain thru OVSAM CLUI archived performance measurements for a specific volume of a specific host its usage % for a period of time; just like the chart thru SAM Graphic Interface option Storage Builder/Volumes/Top-N Query/Usage%

I want to create these kinds of charts by programmatic method, I already create several chart using this way.
