Performance Advisor: HpssPATomcat

We had PA up and running until we hit the 2G limit on the Solid database. Once this hit we had difficulty in getting the PAsolid to restart, so we uninstalled and reinstalled PA (Now a 20G limit). However now the HpssPATomcat service will not start on our Win2K box. To make it even more fun, there are no error messages. Any suggestions?
