I have a problem connecting to CommandView EVA on my brand new system.
I have Bladesystem C3000 with 2 BL460C blades with installed dualport Qlogic Mezzanine cards.
Blade enclosure consist 2 Brocade 4/8 Bladesystem switches.
Eva 4100 connected to 17,18 ports on both switches.
When i open CommandView Eva on my BL460C server i see logon screen. I'm added Administrator to HP Storage * groups. Then i see only borders of navigation window and nothing more.
Through ~5 minutes i see page with "Error opening page" frames.
Please help.
P.S.> I see 4 devices in Device Manager all called "HP StorageWorks EVA 4000/6000 Storage Array Controller"
P.P.S.> My os is Windows Server 2003 R2 x86.
And i already enter WWN on controllers as it requested.

Re: Problem connecting to EVA 4100
In IE go to Internet Options -> Security -> Restore zones to default settings.
Look if this fix your problem.
Another suggestion install another browser for example Firefox and try from it to open the Command View URL.

Re: Problem connecting to EVA 4100
Your connection and zoning looks perfect because SANSurfer is able to father EVA model information. Now only 2 things I can think of are :
1. Make sure you are in supported configuration for the following:
a. HBA, driver & BIOS
b. SAN Switch & firmware
c. EVA XCS version suitable to your CommandView version.
2. Check for JAVA (Windows > Control Panel
> Java) and make sure you are using correct version of Java. Even you can try reinstalling JAVA.
Hope my 2 cents worth...
