Problem in initializing Dell/EMC cx700 storage system

Hi,
I am setting up an Dell/EMC cx700 storage system.All the system interconnections are complete.What is needed is the navisphere storage system intialization utility.

is this uitliy available on some Dell/EMC website for download?

I have all the CDs provided by the vendor but there is no CD containing the navisphere storage initialization utility.

Also, I could not see the console on the hyper terminal after connecting the serial port of my Dell PE 2650 to the storage processor's port.

Please help.

Hi Deepak,

I don't want to sound mean, but this is a forum for HP products. You're more likely to get the support you need from Dell.
There may be some users here who know about EMC products, but I would not expect many answers.
